Remember expanded moments of awareness when you felt connected to the sacred. Consider how you may be open to perceiving what you have never been aware of.

Recall early childhood experiences of the sacred, what happened and what you longed for. Remember moments when you experienced a sense of the mystical, either in what you witnessed or what you felt inside yourself. Draw, paint, or sculpt what you sense or imagined the sacred to be as a child.
